PostSubject: Ranger Stances   Sun Nov 30, 2008 10:32 am

Last night I was talking to a member by the name of "Icankill" I believe and he was asking when a Ranger got stances and I told him a Ranger didn't get a stance. Well, I checked around and I was totally wrong Sad ( damn that's twice this year ) lol Anyway here are the four stances I found for a Ranger.

Also, before I continue allot pf would be Rangers are mis-informed into believing that the "Waylayer" feat tree is only for Cross Bow and the "Sharpshooter" feat tree is for bow. If you read each feat you will see that very few of them are weapon specific.

Ok stances:

Waylayer Tree -
Shattering Stance - All attacks have a chance of doing AOE as well as knock back damage.

Piercing Stance - Increases penetration and length of column attacks,

As you can see the 2nd stance is specific to a column attack which is, to my knowledge a Crossbow combo!

Sharpshooter Tree -
Fire Stance - adds fire damage to all attacks and a chance to inflict bonus fire damage.

Sniper Stance - Increases damage to your attacks as well as chance to hit.

All stances require 20 points in the feat tree to activate it and allow you to invest feat points.
